Where is The Tides?
The Tides is in a stunning oceanfront community at 709 North Virginia Dare Trail in sunny Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. This location is centrally located on the Outer Banks.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please call KEES Vacations for more information.
Is there free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests. Our Wi-Fi system does not extend to the beach.
Do you have on-site parking?
Due to the unique space of each home, parking is limited. Please consult the individual property details page to see how much parking is available at your rental. Depending on the property, our units can fit between 4 and 5 vehicles comfortably. Large vehicles, RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted on site.
Can I host my wedding or event at The Tides?
Receptions and events are not allowed at The Tides. We encourage family groups to book, however, note that there’s no common space large enough to host everyone in one unit safely. You’re welcome to host a small gathering on the beach in accordance with Kill Devil Hills town laws.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we do accept pets. The Tides is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs per unit. A one-time cleaning fee of $135 applies and must be added to the reservation prior to arrival. To keep our community tidy, please clean up after your pet.
What amenities do you offer?
All units have a private pool and shared access to an oceanfront walkway to the beach. Between May 4, 2024, and September 30, 2024, Farmdog Cabana Service will set up 1 umbrella and 4 chairs for you and your group every day except Saturday. Each unit offers KEES’s standard amenities such as keyless entry, linens and towels, freshly made beds, basic cookware, TV, coffee maker, high-speed internet, and more.
How close is The Tides to major attractions?
The Tides is conveniently located in Kill Devil Hills on the Outer Banks only 0.4 miles from the Wright Brothers National Memorial and 4.4 miles from Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Take a day trip to Corolla or Hatteras Island in about an hour!
